The LSR has engaged in a vigorous but strategically targeted and focussed program of Mainland and International partnerships. These have been consolidated by the signing of various MoU’s and agreements between 2018 and 2020 in particular. This was to establish a firm foundation and basis for strong growth in capacity and profile with the strongest, most relevant groups possible.
